Good health is a gift which each one of us should be grateful for and should learn how to maintain it to the best of our ability and keep it going for as long as possible. What we make of our bodies is left up to us we can either cherish it and make it more beautiful and strong or ill treat it and loose out on our faculties. Life can be very enjoyable if our health is good and we can enjoy it to the fullest. To keep us in good stead we have to work out a plan and maintain it so that we do not let ourselves loose the discipline which good health requires.
We have to plan our routine according to our life style and make it most convenient so that it does not come in the way of our other work areas and priorities. Fit in exercise at a time when there would be least disturbance and when one could work out without interruptions in the middle, which would get us out of the mood to continue with it. Make sure the daily chores which are your responsibility are out of the way, there is someone to answer the phone and the door bell and get going with your fitness regime.
Make your workouts enjoyable and not a drudgery. Put on some peppy music and dance to it and work off the calories in this fun way and you will not realize how the time flies by!
